The Law Offices of Wendy L.C. Fountain, A PC, is a practice devoted exclusively to the highly specialized field of  family law. 

Ms. Fountain is a solo practioner, with dedicated support staff to service the clients.  Her background includes working for the Orange County District Attorney's Office as a Deputy District Attorney in the Family Support Division.  She worked at the Domestic Violence Clinic in Norwalk, California, for Community Legal Services when she was in law school.  She also was an extern for an Orange County family law judge during her legal education.  She is currently a member of the Orange County Bar Association, Family Law Section and is a member of the Robert A. Banyard Inns of Court.  Prior to starting her own firm, Ms. Fountain practiecd famly law for a larger firm in Orange County.

The firm provides services covering all aspects of marital dissolution and child custody law, including divorce proceedings, property distriubtion, child support, spousal support, business evaluations, paternity cases and post-judgment modifications of custody, visistaion and support orders.  The firm also assists parties who are suffering from domestic violence within the relationship.
